Where is my data stored?
NetPoint runs on data centres inside the EU. Your data and backups stay in the EU.
How do I move a domain from another registrar?
Transfers in are opening soon. Until then you can register new domains here and keep existing ones where they are.
Can I upgrade a hosting plan later?
Yes. Change the plan in the console and the new limits apply right away. Your site, databases and mailboxes stay where they are.
When should I pick a virtual server instead of hosting?
Choose hosting for websites and shops built on PHP, WordPress or static files. Choose a server when you need root access, your own software stack, or a long-running process.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer. Prices are in euro; VAT is added where it applies.
